How ADHD Men Can Make 2021 Amazing

I don't know about you, but that "new year energy" is still very much there for me.

And while this year is likely going to throw curve balls, I'm excited for the growth that'll come along with it for me.

Today, I'm going to share with you the 3 big things that I'll be doing this year to make it a good one and hope that it'll provide great value for you.

  1. Goal set.

The auto pilot life is dangerous. One that I tend to fall in to and I'll let you know, it feels easier but it is a TRAP. One of the things that helps me a ton is having a target that's meaningful to me, both a macro one that's yearly and micro goals that are weekly.

What's a goal this 2021 that's meaningful to you? What would feel good to have accomplished? A strong why matters a lot here.

2. Accountability.

Humans are meant to interact. When we choose a path of trying to figure out and nail everything all on our own, we set ourselves up to either fall short or not reach our true potential.

I'm completely biased, but I'm a huge fan of having a coach. Having a coach that'll make me go deep, challenge my limiting beliefs ( I have a TON) and encourage me on my goals is a huge help. I'm also a huge fan of community.

Within your goals, is there a community you can pursue? What does accountability look like for you?

3. See what you have.

In a world where it's easy to see what you don't have, practicing genuine gratitude can be a huge game changer. It's a great go to whenever I find myself feeling down or stressed out.

As you read this, I challenge you to ask yourself "what am I genuinely grateful for?" and if it's for a person, add on "how can I express my gratitude in a meaningful way?"

As a person with ADHD, I really need you to know that you are worthy and completely capable of having a remarkable year. Together, we can make 2021 an incredible year and I'm looking forward to it.
