This is a question that I'm commonly asked. Life and wellness coaching is a practice where I, as your coach and you, the client collaborate in increasing self awareness in the your life and creating doable, sustainable change based off of goals.


This is done through a process called motivational interviewing (which I have been trained on), teaming up on doable action steps and tools that have shown to aid in the change that you, as my client, wish to manifest.
